I don't know what it is but at night I just have to have something that is not what I'm supposed to be eating! urgh! So frustrating when I make it through the whole day and have it end like this. I bought the biggest bag ever of the normandy blend veggies from WalMart. It has a combination of broccoli, carrots, cauliflower,zucchini, and squash. I steamed them in olive oil and it was pretty good, my 3 year old just finished eating some and said "mama this is good". If a 3 year old can eat it I can!&lt;br /&gt;Food-&lt;br /&gt;egg beaters, 2 slices turkey bacon, whole wheat slice&lt;br /&gt;clementine&lt;br /&gt;veggie blend &lt;br /&gt;brown rice&lt;br /&gt;veggie blend&lt;br /&gt;lean cuisine hot pocket -chicken,spinach, low fat cheese and mushrooms, it was pretty good considering I don't like cheese! i could barely taste the cheese in this one&lt;br /&gt;nuts&lt;br /&gt;I've been drinking water however not as much as I should have by now. I did the elliptical machine for 35 min and moved on to weights!&lt;br /&gt;had my vitamin, the new one is much easier to take instead of the chewable one i had been taking.&lt;br /&gt;Food:&lt;br /&gt;oatmeal with a few just bunches, 1/2 banana&lt;br /&gt;clementine&lt;br /&gt;piece of sugar free candy cane&lt;br /&gt;roast beef sandwich on wheat bread with mustard&lt;br /&gt;talapia&lt;br /&gt;brown rice&lt;br /&gt;broccoli&lt;br /&gt;few chips (oops! I did the stepper today as my exercise. &lt;br /&gt;I had my vitamin (I bought a new multivitamin today,(one a day woman)&lt;br /&gt;more water today - yippee&lt;br /&gt;honey nut cheerios, cheese crackers, healthy choice meal(fish over rice, broccoli,a nd apple crisp) I also had an additional serving of broccoli. &lt;br /&gt;I went grocery shopping today so I will start having more of a variety of foods!
