I hopped back on the wagon today after resting a day because of sore muscles! I did the stepper today as my exercise.
I had my vitamin (I bought a new multivitamin today,(one a day woman)
more water today - yippee
honey nut cheerios, cheese crackers, healthy choice meal(fish over rice, broccoli,a nd apple crisp) I also had an additional serving of broccoli.
I went grocery shopping today so I will start having more of a variety of foods! The pantry was pretty empty because of all of the traveling over the holidays!
