Very Quick Post

food:
breakfast on the go by Emerald, it includes nuts,cranberries, oats etc. I put this in yogurt.It is soooo good.

1/2 leand pocket - bruchetta with chicken, cheese, and a basil suace
normandy veggies

myoplex light protein shake
nut-rition nuts
quaker oat snack pack
black forest ham 6" sub with veggies from subway
sun chips
water with lemon
plain water (I think I only drank 7 glasses of h2o

Exercise -
32 min ( 22 min on stairmaster, levels 1-3 and 10 min on the treadmill)
