Woohoo, I went to the gym twice today!!!
First time -
Treadmill - 51 min 3.23 miles
stairmaster - 5 min whew! level 2
Second time -
treadmill - 31 min 2.16
stairmaster - 10 min level 1
food
ativia yogurt w/ emerald breakfast on the go (includes oats, fruit, nuts)
clementine
talapia, brocolli, brown rice
taco bake, peas
clementine
nut-trition (nuts)
lots of water - yea!
