Food - yogurt / blueberries and just bunches
orange
1/2 banana
chicken breast, brocolli, brown rice
green beans
m&m's
breakfast on the go
4 cups water, maybe more

too much sugar today!
Exercise-
played with Cameron and Raegan, jogged a bit
I also did up and down stairs at the stadium
