What a day!

Food -
Egg whites and 2 slices of turkey bacon
water
the other lean pocket sub from last night
green salad with italian spritzer
water, water, water
6 m&m's
spaghetti (whole grain pasta) lean meat , spinach, green salad
I really drank a lot of water today
Exercise
20 min stairmaster - level 3
25 min elliptical machine
I went back to the gym tonight and did 20 more min on the stairmaster ( levels 3 and 4)
3 reps 8lb are lifts
Today was a great day, I'm feelling much more motivated.
