A New Favorite

Today, I tried to do the first 4 days of Dr. Ian's diet which basically consisted of psyllium, beans, fruit, veggies and brown rice.
I did it almost perfectly til tonight when I had a pack of the new Speacial K crackers. I don't know what it is but at night I just have to have something that is not what I'm supposed to be eating! urgh! So frustrating when I make it through the whole day and have it end like this. Although the crackers where healthy it wasn't on my list of foods to eat today.
I will try this again tomorrow.
Food - all of what I stated above.
Exercise - 10 min- starimaster
15 min elliptical
10 min treadmill
10 min stairmaster
