food- yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, and just bunches

lean cuisine calzone and green salad with italian spritzer

2 snickerdoodle cookies
normandy veggies grilled chiken breast
72 oz water!!!!!

exercise- 15 min stairmaster
35 min on a new machine kinda like a stairmaster and elliptical in one!
