Off ot the Gym I go!

Today I went to the gym to change up my exercise a bit. I did the elliptical machine for 35 min and moved on to weights!
had my vitamin, the new one is much easier to take instead of the chewable one i had been taking.
Food:
oatmeal with a few just bunches, 1/2 banana
clementine
piece of sugar free candy cane
roast beef sandwich on wheat bread with mustard
talapia
brown rice
broccoli
few chips (oops! LOL)
on the flip side I did get in all of me water - woohoo 64 oz's
